How long does shipping take?+
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days. During high-demand periods, some items may require an additional 5–10 days before shipping.
Do you provide tracking information?+
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package through our tracking page or the carrier’s website.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?+
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address or cancel it. Once the order is in transit, changes and cancellations can no longer be made.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?+
Our fulfillment team processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
